Palace Modern Hotel at the Plaza - Room 6 - 350 sq ft

We enjoyed our stay, just wish we could have stayed longer! Room 6 was perfect for our needs as we had our adult son traveling with us. It gave just the right amount of privacy for a family traveling together. Would not be ideal for two couples. Loved the quiet serenity of the building just steps from the plaza. Decor was elegant and tranquil, the room was impeccably clean, beds were very comfortable with high-end linens and pillows. We did not hear our neighbors at all, but we know the place was likely booked up based on availability when we made the reservation. Would love to have had the option to crack the window open. We had lunch at Versos and would recommend. The pieces in the art studio were exquisite. It was fun to stay in such a unique space. We hope to return soon and spend more time!

I've never stayed at a hotel with "invisible service" and was a little nervous about it. But everything was seamless, the room and hotel were excellent. Everything was ready on time, clean, relaxing, and I felt safe with the personalized access code. I never had a need to contact someone for additional service. I didn't drive or have a vehicle so was walking everywhere - the location was perfect. Loved the coffee shop by the font door.

The location is wonderful. The furnishings modern and tasteful. It is a beautiful facility and I love your trusting guests with the amenities closet. But the mattress was abysmal. I almost just moved to the sofa. The mattress sagged to the middle at about a 15 degree slope. Like trying to sleep across the slope of a steep mountain. One or both of us ended up in the middle of the bed. Please replace that mattress before another couples suffers through a terrible night there.

We enjoyed our stay! Our room was lovely, and we received top-notch service from the moment we booked our room. The location was great as well. We loved all of the cool historical pictures on the walls and the room decor was fabulous! I would absolutely recommend this hotel and I hope to have the opportunity to come back.

Sleek and clean. Loved Suite 6. Beautiful decor. Easy walking distance to 90% of everything around the Santa Fe square. Parking provided by Palace Modern is convenient and a nice surprise. Happy campers from Atlanta.
