LOVED it. I'll be back!
The perfect spot for me in Santa Fe - right in town, beautiful accommodations, the perfect bed/linens/pillows, and the living room area in my suite was ideal for me. Service was perfect - there when you need something, invisible when you don't. Palace Modern is my new favorite place to stay in Santa Fe.

Scam, overpriced. Don't stay here.
Negative: The advertised free parking was full, I had to pay both days. There was nobody working at the hotel for check in and then they hassled me for my credit card info the next day. I gave them my info and now they're still spamming me threatening to send me to collections because they messed up? This place is an overpriced scam.

Great location, modern decor, would return
The hotel is in a great location to good restaurants and the plaza with a good sushi and coffee shop next door. Easy check in and out and near parking with gate card access given. Beds comfy and was a great stay.

The owner is highly responsive to any needs or concerns.
