Palace Modern Hotel at the Plaza - Classic King 9 - 231 sq ft

Beautiful well located property, but know there are hidden fees that are hard to justify. Positive: The room was beautiful, and the location was great. Interesting bathroom situation that worked great for me because I didn’t have anyone else staying in my room. The bathroom wall is glass! Negative: The hidden resort fee. Feels sketchy since it is hidden and there are no true resort features. Pretty much a rip off. Be upfront about the true room rate please!

Great location, easy walking to the plaza and restaurants. The bed was super cozy and comfortable! The room is on the smaller side but worth it for location! I’d stay again!

We love Palace Modern for its quiet elegance, perfect location, and easy access. It’s luxury without the pretense. We will be back again!

Lovely hotel except for the glass walled bathroom and the lack of a magnifying makeup mirror.

Positive: All one floor, 16 rooms, quiet. Clean with fridge and Kerrig. Bed comfy. Beautifully decorated with in house gallery. Owner was so helpful, even carried things on for us. Negative: Parking too far away- not near facility. Had to park and walk a couple of blocks. Glass surrounded bathroom on 2 sides with curtain which was beautiful but not as practical. Water from shower went all over floor since shower had no curtain. Both bathroom and room could use a bit more space. No cart to bring in items but could park in front of facility to unload.
