Palace Modern Hotel at the Plaza - Classic King 9 - 231 sq ft

Contactless process worked well. Location is excellent. Parking situation is cumbersome.

Positive: Nice and comfortable beds Negative: The bathroom is just divided by glass and a curtain. And the glass door isn’t closed 100%. Which doesn’t create any privacy in the bathroom.

This is a great location and convienent. Loved the decor and the concept of the hotel. The parking garage is a couple of blocks away which was fine because I walked everywhere and didn't use the car. I stayed in the smallest room that was available at booking and it was very claustrophobic and the windows don't open. I had an issue with the tempature in the room the first night and it was finally resolved the second day (not great because you can't opent the window). The shower design is terrible and I don't care how careful you are with taking a shower you will still get water all over the floor and it's cold because it's not fully enclosed. The staff was wonderful and very kind. I would try to stay here again only if one of the larger rooms was available that had an open air patio.

We absolutely loved our stay at Palace Modern Hotel on the Plaza! The room was comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully designed—just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed was incredibly cozy, and we really appreciated the “invisible service” concept that made the experience feel private and effortless. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to unwind in style!

This is a gem. Super clean and super quiet. Parking is a couple blocks away but very convenient to everything- it’s great to not have to drive into things and have to park. The bathroom design took some getting used to. The shower was kind of open (basically a half stall) so the floor does get wet. And the entire bathroom is walled in in glass. There is a curtain and it’s more soundproof than you’d think, but it was a bit odd to get used to. Super clean though and really nice towels.
