Great location to downtown - classy, comfortable room
Positive: Loved the location, cleanliness, comfy bed and pillows, easy access to extra towels, ice, water, fans and other small room amenities, room was quiet, staff was accommodating. When we accidentally left a pillow the staff had saved it for us and we were able to pick it up 5 days later.
Negative: You do not park on site. It isn't far (2 blocks away in an underground garage.) But if you aren't paying close attention to the details sent for check-in it could be inconvenient and confusing. Also, while the shower was super clean and great water pressure it didn't have a wand for the shower head, the shower stays open (the shower curtain doesn't cover the opening to the shower so water gets all over the floor and it gets cold) and when you open the glass door to the bathroom it blocks the sink. No big deal, just slightly inconvenient.

Stayed based on the location and it was perfect. Close to restaurants and the Plaza for shopping along with historical sites and museums. Our room was a little small but plenty of space for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was in top notch form for keeping everything cool. My only detracting comment was that I couldn't get adjusted to a glass walled bathroom. There was a curtain for privacy but it still felt a bit invasive. But, for someone who is on the road spending around 150 nights in hotels, it just felt odd. It's nothing that would prevent me from staying again but it's handy information to be aware of in the future. But, the overall decor, amenities and helpfulness of the host were hard to beat. Check-in was much easier than I thought it would be. Side note: there is no on-site parking so you have to park (for free) in a public garage about 2 blocks away. Again, not a deal breaker because you can walk just about anywhere, but something to know. Overall, I'd certainly stay again on any future trips to Santa Fe.

Location, staff, and rooms are superb!
My only request for change would be having a stop lock on the inside of the door.

Great stay!
The room was a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle. It was very comfortable! I really care about bed comfort and noise level and everything feeling very clean and the room hit all of those points. The only thing was I couldn’t control the “thermostat” despite my efforts. The room temp was fine though, just a bit warm. But overall a great place and I’d definitely go back.

Positive: Nice and comfortable beds
Negative: The bathroom is just divided by glass and a curtain. And the glass door isn’t closed 100%. Which doesn’t create any privacy in the bathroom.
