Palace Modern Hotel at the Plaza - Classic King 12 - 231 sq ft

using a keypad to enter numbers became a very confusing process because sometimes the numbers would not be accepted. We had to call for help at 7:15 in the morning because we needed to get back in to get our luggage and deposit parking key. Finding desired programs on the TV was very difficult. Despite repeated attempts, I could never find local channels or other cable shows that I wanted to watch. We do not remember being advised when making the reservations of the complicated procedures for entering the hotel and dealing with the parking garage. Everyone was always helpful when we asked. Overall, our stay was unnecessarily stressful.

The Palace Modern is " My Hotel" in Santa Fe! Conveniently located near all the action with enough comfort and " looks" of their own I don't feel cheated to just stay in the scenery and comfort of the hotel and gallery too. Jennifer greets you with the best personality and smile in all of Santa Fe. She's incredibly knowledgeable about where to go and what's going on. Treat yourself and your friends with your first stay and I believe it won't be your last!! Best Hotel in Santa Fe!!

This a very unique and modern place to stay. Has a boutique type feeling to it. They have incorporated a contactless check-in but were extremely accessible and attentive via text/call. They provide extra towels, toilet paper, coffee, and other toiletries in a closet in the hall way for guests to help themselves to, as needed. During our visit, Santa Fe experienced a heavy rain storm that knocked out all power for almost 7 hrs. The owner, Jim, showed up on scene to provide flashlights and cordless lights to guests and the manager, Jen, communicated with us through our check in when the entry codes weren’t working. There is a coffee shop, sushi restaurant and art gallery in the lobby of the hotel building. We felt extremely safe and the stay in the room was comfortable. We will definitely stay here during our next visit to Santa Fe and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Cool spot

From your entry into the lobby and then to your room, the space has a peaceful Zen like feeling. It's perfectly situated for meandering and walking the Santa Fe old town Plaza, the shopping around and the museums there. A fabulous experience.
